Electronic Visit Visitation (EVV) Information
Effective January 1st, 2021, in compliance with the federal mandate, the 21st Century Cures Act, AHCCCS will implement an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system, encompassing scheduling, for all home and community-based services, including:
Respite, Habilitation, and Attendant Care Services.
AHCCCS utilizes EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) to ensure, monitor, and track the prompt delivery of services, ensuring timely access to care for AHCCCS / DES / DDD members. This implementation aims to guarantee that members receive necessary services when needed, requiring verification from every member or representative after each visit or shift through smartphones, tablets, or PCs. Traditional paper timesheets and reports will be phased out, and we have collaborated with vTrack to implement this new requirement using their AHCCCS-approved system.
Recognizing the significance of promptly sharing information about the EVV initiative, Potterville Care is committed to providing ongoing updates and communication regarding this development to our families and providers. Information on training, login procedures, and tutorials can be found below.
For any assistance during this transition, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us; we are here to support you!
